Short: Daily load sourcing, rate negotiation, broker communication, routing, and paperwork support.
We find loads for your lanes, confirm rate & details with brokers, communicate with drivers and manage POD / BOL and invoicing support. We invoice after successful load completion — no upfront dispatch fees.
Short: We take a percentage of the load revenue after the load is completed. No upfront fees.
Exact percentage is agreed during onboarding and confirmed by email. We only invoice after successful delivery and payment to avoid disputes. For details, contact Carrier Setup.
Short: Factoring lets you sell invoices for faster cash. We refer carriers to trusted factoring partners.
When you sign up for factoring through our referral (RTS or similar), the factoring company handles funding, approvals and payments. Bayloas provides onboarding support and coordinates documents — we are a referral partner and provide full support during setup.
Short: Yes — we can set up form routing so both Bayloas and the factoring partner receive notifications.
Method 2 (referral + direct factoring signup) is recommended: the carrier fills a short form that notifies both Bayloas and the factoring company. We can help implement this — contact us to enable concurrent notifications.
Short: We offer AI dash cams, ELD devices, asset trackers and IoT sensors; yes, you can use eligible existing devices on our $25/month plan.
We provide hardware options, subscription plans, and setup support. If you already have compatible units (PT-30, PT-40 etc.), we can enroll them on our subscription. Delivery typically 3–5 working days within the US (shipping fees apply).
Short: Typical onboarding is 24–72 hours once all required documents are provided.
Speed depends on document readiness: MC / Authority, COI, W-9 and bank details. Factor approvals may take additional time depending on the factoring partner.
Short: We dispatch Dry Vans, Reefers, Flatbeds, Step Decks, Hotshots, Power Only, Straight Trucks and Box Trucks.
Tell us your fleet types during Carrier Setup so we match lanes and loads accurately.
Short: We supply drivers to carriers — we do not hire drivers as employees for Bayloas.
We match vetted drivers to carriers based on truck type, pay structure (percentage or CPM), license requirements and any extras (food/accommodation). Provide your preferences in the Driver Supply form.
Short: Bayloas invoices after load completion; factoring speeds payment if used.
If you use factoring, the factoring company funds invoices per their terms. For dispatch-only carriers, we invoice the agreed percentage after POD/invoice submission and successful payment by the broker or shipper.
Short: Our core services target U.S. domestic operations. For cross-border or international work, contact us to discuss specifics.
We can support international carriers case-by-case, especially for U.S. lanes — licensing, customs and insurance vary by operation.
