Bayloas provides logistics support including dispatching, load planning, broker communication, factoring referrals, ELD & fleet technology assistance, driver supply, and trailer rental facilitation. Third-party providers (factoring, ELD vendors) operate under their own agreements.

• Sign-up & onboarding: You supply carrier documents and preferences (equipment, lanes, payment).
• Load sourcing: We source and negotiate loads per your instructions.
• Broker communications: We confirm loads, follow up and coordinate PODs and paperwork.
• Factoring referrals: If requested, we refer you to trusted factoring partners. The factoring provider handles funding under their terms.

• Provide accurate company, MC, insurance and equipment information.
• Maintain legal compliance for drivers and equipment (FMCSA/DOT rules).
• Respond promptly to requests for documents or clarifications.
• Notify Bayloas of disputes or issues as soon as they arise.

Fees for dispatching or other services are agreed during onboarding and confirmed in writing. Factoring and vendor costs are set by the third-party providers. We do not collect factoring advances unless explicitly contracted to do so.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Bayloas may suspend or terminate access for breach of Terms or misuse. Fees for completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

We handle data according to our Privacy Policy. We share necessary information with brokers and third-party providers when required to perform services, and we use reasonable measures to protect data.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Bayloas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits). Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the fees paid to us in the prior six (6) months.

We may link to or refer you to third-party providers (factoring, ELD vendors). Those providers use their own terms and privacy practices; Bayloas is not responsible for their performance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Bayloas is registered. Contact us first at info@bayloas.com to try to resolve disputes informally before formal action.
